C3 – Company Culture Champions:
The New Face of Human Resources

Along with the transformation of Priority as an enterprise, the vision of leadership has been to foster a culture within this new organization that makes all team members aware of their role’s importance, contribution and potential for personal/professional development. To accomplish this goal and create real engagement across the company, our Human Resources department has been rethought and re-organized with a focus on Approachability, Responsiveness and Reliability as drivers of success.

As a large number of us reside in a sports-centric area (Atlanta loves their sports!), we thought it might be fun (and appropriate) to adopt a language and ideology that speaks to the greatest aspect of sports: Teamwork. With this framework, we’d like you to think of yourselves as “All-Stars” – and we are your biggest fans and advocates! To ensure this All-Star status is attained/retained, we intend to focus on three key “pillars” of greatness:

  • Ability – We promise to seek out and promote great talent for the company
  • Motivation – We pledge to foster an environment of employee engagement
  • Attitude – We will nurture and protect a culture that inspires people to thrive

To support All-Stars, we need tools and resources designed to bring the best out in each and every team member. To that end, be on the lookout for a whole approach to our program, including:

  • All-Stars Engagement Survey (We want input from our All-Stars!)
  • Updated Playbook (Employee Manual) & New Coaches Manual (Manager’s Manual)
  • Coaches Training Camp (Manager Development Program)
  • Draft Day (Orientation) New & “Kicked-up” Orientation Program
  • Team Captains (HR Coordinators) Business Unit will have a designated Team Captain
